Even though he is only 25, Dario has the distinction of winning a bracelet at the 2008 WSOP event. A professional player from an Italian origin, Dario has been nicknamed the ‘Supernova’. Minieri has cashed four times at the World Series of Poker (WSOP). At the 2007 WSOP Main Event, Minieri who once was the chip leader coming off of day 3 finished in 96th place out of a field of 6358 entries. In 2008, Dario won his only WSOP Bracelet. It was a USD 2,500 No-Limit Hold’em event.

His lifetime earning till date amounts to USD 1,624,427. His 4 cashes in the WSOP events has helped him to accumulate USD 634,431 of his overall poker winnings. In the all-time money list of Italian players, Dario currently ranks 3rd and is believed to lead the list in a very short period.
